You can have unlimited subscription levels (e.g. basic, premium, elite) with different rates and features. The subscription feature lets you set up free or paid subscriptions for users of your platform.

To ensure optimal operation of recurring subscription payments, we suggest you install one of these payment gateways:

Configuration options
We can assign as many features as you like to each subscription level.
We can set a default subscription level, so that members can be automatically assigned to this subscription level in the event of non-payment or subscription cancellation.
It is possible to define a thank-you message for free or paid subscriptions, as well as a welcome e-mail.
You will receive an e-mail notification for each new subscription request.

Set up your recurring subscriptions with total flexibility:
- Define a trial period
- The amount of the trial period
- The periodic billing cycle
- Billing period
If necessary, we will also set up a new billing trial in the event of non-payment of the subscription.
If you wish to combine subscriptions and commissions, you can define a commission amount per transaction for each subscription level.
Functionality restrictions
Users can be restricted in terms of functionalities according to their subscription.
The range of possible restrictions is very broad: limits on the number of services offered, access to different features, online chat, access to technical support and much more.
As administrator, you will be able to automatically or manually approve the user's subscription requests. Upon approval, the future seller will become an active user and a welcome e-mail will be sent.
Cancelling and upgrading subscriptions
Users may cancel, modify or upgrade their recurring subscription at any time.
