Global Luxury Properties is a luxury real estate agency based in Cannes and Saint-Tropez. We built its bilingual WordPress website, which brings together sales, seasonal rentals, yachts and concierge services, then developed Luxia, an AI concierge that understands requests written in plain language and only presents properties that are actually listed.
The agency runs several lines of business at once. It sells prestige properties, rents villas by the week, offers homes abroad and manages a concierge service that ranges from yacht charters to private jets. Its clientele is international.
The website therefore had to present villas, apartments, chalets and yachts in a single place, for sale and for rent, in French and in English.
We built the website on WordPress with the Voxel theme, which is designed for filterable catalogues, and Elementor for page layouts. The English version is managed with TranslatePress.
Navigation follows the agency’s business lines rather than a technical tree.
Luxia can be reached from the homepage search and on a dedicated page. Visitors describe what they are looking for, such as a villa in Cannes for ten guests or a crewed yacht, and Luxia replies by displaying the matching listings.
We developed Luxia end to end. An OpenAI model turns the request into precise criteria. The search combines the text and the meaning of the listings using Typesense.
In August 2026, we added lead capture to Luxia. A Request a callback button stays visible below the conversation, and an invitation appears after a few replies, based on a threshold the agency sets itself.
The form asks for explicit consent. The agency receives the request with the full context of the search, meaning the criteria identified and the exchange with Luxia, and finds each lead on a dedicated admin page.
This module is independent from the search engine. It can evolve without touching Luxia’s core, and the other way round.
No. The language model only receives the listings already selected by the search, the very ones shown on screen. It writes its reply from that list, so it cannot invent a villa or a yacht that is not in the agency’s catalogue.
Luxia replies in the language of the visitor’s latest message, even when the page is displayed in another language. It was designed to be multilingual from the start. The rest of the website is available in French and English.
The search covers villas, apartments, chalets and penthouses, for sale and for rent, as well as yachts. The standard filters and Luxia rely on the same catalogue, which the agency manages in WordPress.
It receives the contact details left by the visitor along with their consent, the criteria Luxia identified and the conversation history. The advisor therefore knows what the prospect is looking for before even calling.
