Blue Talent: a bilingual website for an HR consulting firm

Blue Talent is a human resources consulting firm based in Paris and Brittany, operated by the company Victoire et Compagnie. Started in June 2025, the project delivered a WordPress website in French and English that presents its four areas of expertise, publishes its HR insights and collects contact requests.

Which firm did the website need to introduce?

Blue Talent works with executive committees, HR departments and candidates. The firm covers four lines of work that address different situations.

Human capital management, to align talent with strategy.
Executive search, for leadership or expert roles that are often confidential.
Assessment centres, to evaluate a candidate, a manager or a team.
Interim management, for periods of crisis, growth or governance change.

What did we deliver, and on what terms?

The contract signed in June 2025 covered the whole project: information architecture and visual design, technical development, integration of the content supplied by the firm, then testing and final sign-off. A kickoff video call presented the delivery schedule.

We built the website on WordPress with the Voxel theme and Elementor Pro. The English version is managed with TranslatePress, and cookie consent with Complianz.

We host and maintain the website under an annual subscription.

How are the expertise pages built?

Each area of expertise has its own page, opening with a short promise and then split into blocks that readers can scan at a glance. The structure stays the same from one page to the next, which makes the offers easy to compare.

What does the website make possible day to day?

The Our publications section gathers the firm’s articles, sorted by date with an excerpt. The latest ones are also featured on the homepage under the News heading.

The Book a meeting buttons lead to a contact page with a simple form: last name, first name, company, email and message. The addresses of the Paris office and the Brittany head office appear in the footer.

The About page tells the firm’s story and introduces its team of senior consultants.

Frequently asked questions about this project

Is the Blue Talent website available in English?

Yes. A full English version is online, with its own menus and headings, such as Human capital management or Interim management. It is managed with TranslatePress, so both languages can be updated from the same WordPress admin.

Who hosts and maintains the website?

Wellsy does. The firm chose our annual WordPress hosting and maintenance subscription. We take care of the website’s technical operation, while the firm keeps control of its content and publications.

How does an executive get in touch with the firm?

From any page, the Book a meeting and Contact us buttons lead to the same form. It only asks for the person’s name, company, email address and a message, so getting in touch stays quick.
