Arcenik Office, a brand of Arcenik Concept, designs and fits out office spaces with a design and build approach. We redesigned its website on WordPress and WooCommerce: a furniture catalogue organised by setting and by product type, where each item is added to a quote request instead of a shopping cart.
Arcenik Office does not just sell furniture. Its work covers advice, design, fit-out works and furniture supply. The website therefore had to explain this end-to-end approach while also giving access to a very broad catalogue.
The home page opens with three clear entry points: fit-out advice, works and the furniture catalogue. It then sets out the company's method step by step, so that a decision-maker understands how a project unfolds before getting in touch.
We structured the catalogue around two complementary logics. The first starts from the space to be furnished, the second from the type of product. The same chair can be reached from the office area or from the seating family.
A category selector also lets visitors jump straight to a specific family. Product pages, such as the acoustic booths page, combine a breadcrumb trail, their parent categories and detailed descriptive content.
In office fit-out, the price depends on quantities, finishes and installation. We therefore used WooCommerce as a selection tool rather than a checkout. On each product page, the button adds the item to a quote, and the cart becomes a quote request that visitors can build up and update.
Visitors put together their selection across several product families, then send a single request. A contact form remains available at the bottom of the pages for projects that first need a conversation with the team.
Arcenik Office works in several regions and delivers across France. The site includes dedicated pages on office fit-out and office furniture for Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Rennes, Yvelines and Hauts-de-Seine. They are linked from the home page and from the catalogue, giving each area an explicit entry point.
No. Products are added to a quote request rather than a paid cart. This matches how the sector works, where the final price depends on quantities, chosen finishes and the installation planned on the client's premises.
They can start from the space to furnish, such as reception or a meeting room, or from the product type, such as desks or storage. A category selector also gives direct access to a specific family in the catalogue.
Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Rennes, Yvelines and Hauts-de-Seine each have one page on office fit-out and one on office furniture. The site also states that delivery covers the whole of France.
The site runs on WordPress, with Elementor for layout and WooCommerce for the catalogue. WooCommerce is configured to handle quote requests, and the contact forms are built with the Formidable Forms plugin.
