Access to messages
Providers and sellers will be able to view their message list via a pop-up window, where they will find all the messages sent to them, and will also be able to start a new conversation.
They will be able to access their messaging from their dashboard or from an icon in the header of their platform.

The conversation will be optimized when opened on mobile to offer an experience similar to that of Messenger.
Profile picture
All users will also be able to upload a personalized profile photo or avatar via their dashboard.
If no image is defined, then a default image will be automatically generated using the first letter of the first name.
