The booking calendar is very often at the heart of the business model of matchmaking or event platforms.
Discover the three main booking functions dedicated to accommodations, services and events.
Calendars will use 2-way sync technology to be updated in real time.

Accommodation rental

Your users can choose their arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and additional services, then send a request to the host to make a reservation. Reservations can be accepted automatically or manually. Once the reservation is accepted, the user can be charged the full amount at the time of booking.

The host can configure the availability of the accommodation, set a nightly rate, a weekend rate or even define a customized rate for any day of his choice. They can also define the maximum number of people per booking, and activate a per-person rate (the cost of the booking will either be multiplied by the number of people, or an additional cost will be applied).

Booking services

Your users will be able to make a restaurant reservation, book a cleaning service, rent equipment, and much more. They will be able to select a date, as well as a specific time slot or time of day. In the case of a specific time selection, a time selector will be displayed in the reservation calendar, and users will be able to make reservations only within the hours of availability.

The provider can set up booking fees, so that users can also be billed for the booking. He can also configure the maximum number of people per booking, as well as additional paid services.

Booking events

The online booking system is suitable for any type of venue or event. Providers will be able to add events to your platform while selling tickets for those events. The provider can configure the start and end date of the event, the ticket price and the number of tickets available.

Synchronization with other calendars

Our calendars use 2-way sync technology. This technology ensures that calendars are always up to date. This means that your provider's calendar (Google Calendar, iCal or Outlook) will be blocked automatically when a booking is made on your platform. In the case of an accommodation rental that is also offered on another platform, the calendar for that accommodation on AirBnB or Booking will be automatically blocked if the accommodation is booked from your platform.
In the other direction, if your service provider blocks a date or time slot on their side (Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook, AirBnB Calendar or Booking), then the calendar will also be blocked on your platform.
This method is essential to avoid proposing slots that are not available, and having to update the various calendars manually.
