Recipients and processors<\/h2>\n<p>Data is processed by Wellsy FZCO and by the following providers, acting as processors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hostinger<\/strong> \u2014 hosting of the website and data<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloudflare<\/strong> \u2014 CDN, security and protection against attacks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stripe<\/strong> \u2014 payment processing and subscription management<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brevo<\/strong> \u2014 sending transactional emails and the newsletter<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google (reCAPTCHA)<\/strong> \u2014 protection of forms against bots<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Hosting location and international transfers<\/h2>\n<p>The website's data is hosted <strong>in France<\/strong>, on Hostinger's infrastructure. Backups are stored, encrypted, on separate infrastructure located <strong>in France<\/strong> (OVHcloud, Roubaix).<\/p>\n<p>As Wellsy FZCO is established in the United Arab Emirates, the management and administration of this data involves access from the United Arab Emirates and, for certain providers (Stripe, Cloudflare, Google), transfers outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided by the relevant providers, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Retention periods<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contact requests<\/strong> : 3 years from the last exchange.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client account and subscription data<\/strong> : duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accounting and invoicing records<\/strong> : retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Newsletter<\/strong> : until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe link in every message).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical and security logs<\/strong> : 12 months maximum.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical access provided by the client<\/strong> : duration of the contract, then deletion or revocation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>The website places cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation (session, authentication, language preference, security). Security<\/h2>\n<p>Wellsy FZCO implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data: encryption of communications (HTTPS), application firewall and CDN, control of administrator access, encrypted backups, regular anti-malware scanning and vulnerability monitoring.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Changes to this policy<\/h2>\n<p>Wellsy FZCO may amend this privacy policy at any time to reflect changes to its services or to applicable regulations.
